Screen Printing prices for T-Shirts
Minimum order is 24 shirts per design. Prices are for printing on a white t-shirt (included in price). Set up charges: $35.00 per color. Add $1.50 for colored shirts. * Free set-up (up to 2 colors per side) on orders of 150-599* Free set-up (up to 3 colors per side) on orders of 600-1,200*Completely free set-up on all orders over 1,200Extra set-up for flash print layer sometimes required for light colored inks on dark shirts for best quality print.Additional charges: Flash Cure Charge: .10ea, Printing on Fleece: .10ea, 4 color Process: .10ea, Above Pocket/Pocket Print: .20ea, Sleeve/ Hat print: .20ea, Specialty Ink: .10ea, Foil: .80eaPre- Production samples: $10 per color + price of shirt.Normal production time is 5-10 business days from receipt of final art approval. 3-4 days add 25%, 2 days or less add 35%.Art files must be in a vector format with fonts outlined and saved in .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .psd files. Photoshop files must be saved at 300 dpi with layers not flattened. We have a 2% misprint allowance. Terms are pre-pay unless other terms are agreed to in advance.
